Very traditional!! Incredible Spaghetti Al Nero Di Seppia (squid ink pasta) and shrimps, which were just so fresh and tender.

We ate much better and cheaper, friendly staff, unfortunately the octopus was rubbery, and serving the oyster on lettuce was not encouraging either.

Friendly and hospitable staff. They recommended the catch of the day to many of the diners with extreme calm and kindness. I had an appetizer (peppered mussels) and a second course (grilled prawns) both delicious and plentiful! My companions explored the rest of the menu and confirmed the goodness of all the dishes

Absolutely delicious fish/seafood and pasta dishes and the service was impeccable. We felt very well looked after. Highly recommend you dine here at least once! Susanne & Alex

This place was close to our accomodation. We got a nice table outside on one of the little terrace areas near the steps. We ordered and then waited a very long time, nearly an hour, for the food to come out. The meals were average at best and quite bland. There are plenty of options in Taormina. This is not one I would recommend.

We had reservations at another restaurant. We were on our way when we saw this restaurant’s fresh fish display. They had small fish that was too much to pass up. We started talking with Bartolommeo. We asked him if we could get a plate of the small fish fried with a glass of white wine. He said yes. We sat down and listened to a gentle guitar playing right outside of the restaurant with open windows. The fish came and we decided to cancel the other restaurant reservations. We had frutta di mare and pasta with clams. All were excellent!!!

26/03/2024: All very good and very varied menu with excellent prices. The very kind waitresses! At the checkout I would have preferred to find the shop assistants and not a lady not very polite.
05/03/2024: A bar of this level, in Messina, which, although in the evening, does not make fresh cream available, is a real shame. Good quality ice cream

24/08/2023: Stabilimento balneare ben organizzato e strutturato. La spiaggia di ciotoli è ampia e pulita così come l'acqua fresca e trasparente. Ci sono due cabine per cambiarsi, locali igienici e docce all'aperto. C'è un bar con anche possibilità di ristorazione. La sera intrattenimento con pizzeria e ristorazione. I due fratelli che lo gestiscono sono molto disponibili e simpatici così come il restante personale. È presente anche il bagnino.
