Last night I order ice cream. The delivery app goes haywire and the (I think) owner of the ice cream shop calls me after the shop closes and warns me that he would come by to bring it to me. Well, that's something that's never happened. I would like to tell this person that he really understood how to work, how to be professional and kind enough to make a difference. And above all, how to gain customers because from yesterday, this will be my trusted ice cream shop. I would add that the ice cream is delicious and I am very demanding but it is the first time, after a long time, that the taste of the various flavors remains in my mouth after the first spoonfuls. That doesn't bore me or that isn't too cloying. It is a perfect ice cream, in my opinion. And the cream was delicious too. This place deserves every possible praise.

We are regular customers and I must say that Giulio manages to surprise us every time with his off-menu flavours. Today 'porcini mushrooms and chestnuts' has truly exceeded all expectations... tied with 'strawberry grapes' to be honest. Well done Giulio continues to spoil us like this!
