13/05/2024: It's called Enotrattoria but it has very little of a trattoria, let me explain better:
I learned about these kids/family a few years ago, through a friend's graduation party. Very nice experience.
Since then, I've added a safe place to my list of TOP places to eat.
The Chef is absolutely brilliant! Unique dishes, made as God commands, innovative and traditional/local at the same time, with top quality raw materials and everything fresh. The right choice, few but good dishes (not a thousand dishes on the menu and not even a decent one, as is now the case in many places). Then, for the more demanding there is always some alternative of the day, with seasonal proposals; so it never gets boring.
The guys responsible for the wines and the service are kind, patient and prepared. Wines with a wide choice (of quality and sometimes even refined). Homemade food with local products, excellent desserts (and I'm not a lover of desserts, if I like them, trust me). I absolutely recommend the egg as a starter (only they make it so absurd).
That's why I said that it has very little of a trattoria. A place like this holds its own against the best restaurants in the area, period. The only thing that looks like a trattoria is the atmosphere (however very clean and well-kept), with that warm, homely soul.
Mine is not intended to be a biased comment or a critic's review, I am not an expert and I don't care to be one. You simply see and feel the passion they put into it, so I recommend coming and trying their cuisine because it's worth it!
