The courtesy, attention and care of all the staff are excellent and reveal their love for this job. The dishes tasted were a very pleasant discovery with a perfect balance between innovation and tradition. We will definitely be back to try the menu. Prices perhaps a tad above the average for similar contexts.

Chef Cristian and his staff always accompany you on a "culinary journey to Sicily" with enthusiasm and passion, not as a simple profession. An unfortunately short journey with the exaltation of all the senses and not only taste but touch....the small welcome entrees in the treasure chest of books, the sight...the colors of the Cassata, and the sense of smell... the wonderful scent of Ceppo Acceso. Very pleasant experience.
Hospitality, friendliness and precision in detail on the part of the restaurant staff and chef Christian, who is always present and attentive to service and his guests. We felt pampered.
A welcome entree with a glass of prosecco and a mini chest of drawers containing some small tastes of typical Sicilian cuisine revisited in a modern key. We particularly liked the caponata and the cube of melon cooked in osmosis.
Let's get to the starters: I ordered the mosaic of tuna, sea bass and red prawn served with two accompanying sauces. Very good, especially the red prawn. Excellent raw material quality. Letizia ordered the perfect egg, parmesan foam, coffee granita and brioche with tuppo and found it all pleasant overall but perhaps with an excess of coffee and a lack of crunchy part of the dish (however by its nature it was designed in this way).
As a first course we both ordered the "ceppo acceso", a risotto with Ragusa lemon, Avola almonds, truffle pearls and scampi which we found overall very good and delicate. Lightly smoked, it allowed each individual ingredient to be savored without one dominating the other. The only flaw was that we found it slightly warm (we still thought that this type of temperature was designed so that the scampi, served raw, would not cook in contact with the rice) and a little overcooked.
Sweets (home scent and akragas) pleasant.
Excellent value for money.

Cena nella caratteristica cantinetta seguiti da personale attento e sempre presente. Menù degustazione tagliato sui nostri dedideri. Piatti della tradizione siciliana rivisitati in chiave moderna senza eccedere nella cucina stellata. Risotto limone gamberi di Mazzara e tartufo, pezzonia con gelato alla ciliegia....tante novità di accostamenti e sapori. Ottima la tarte tatin. Migliorabili gli altri dolci. Prezzo non popolare ma motivato.

Mah, non mi ha convinta fino in fondo. L’idea sarebbe bella.
L’ambiente è carino e curato.
Il personale di sala attento ma in modo standardizzato e non con il cuore.
I piatti: buoni ma nulla di straordinario.
Rapporto qualità/prezzo: sbilanciato, ovvero, prezzo elevato rispetto ai piatti che si, sono buoni ma non eccellenti.
Prezzi dei vini: assolutamente fuori mercato.
In fin dei conti, credo proprio che non ci torneremo.
Per questa cifra c’è di meglio.
