One of the best restaurants in the area. Excellent wine selection, remarkable dishes and grilled meats. The raw materials are refined and of high quality, in addition to the flours they produce, on the menu you will find various slow food products. Highly recommended!

Era da tempo che volevo provare questo ristorante e, sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso. La punta forza è carne, ben frollata, in bella vista nei frigoriferi e nel bancone della braceria. I piatti prettamente romani sono ben guariti appetitosi. Non manca la trippa, la coratella d'abacchio. Eccellente la carta dei vini. Ottimo anche il servizio e la location pulita e accattivante.

Con la famiglia per una ricorrenza. Mangiato molto bene dall'antipasto all'ottima carne. Personale gentile e disponibile. Il ristorante è grande e accogliente. Da provare.

Bibi Brace e Cucina

03/04/2024: Great service. Our waiter, probably the owner, spoke English, but it was mostly locals eating here. Amazing food, not too expensive. The best meal we have had for a while! Everything was excellent and I look forward to coming back before we leave Rome.
