Very good, high quality food in a location far from the sea. The dishes are not extremely rich in fish but still satisfying. A slightly small place, which on the one hand contributes to a quiet atmosphere, on the other it forces a certain proximity between tables Very friendly and competent staff. Pay attention to the wine you choose: it could (significantly) increase the final bill

Seafood restaurant in a convenient location in Borgo San Lorenzo. The place is small but well structured and the general atmosphere is very welcoming. The cuisine on offer is good: the chef definitely knows how to handle the raw materials, satisfying even those like me who are not great fish lovers. The service has a rather informal and disengaged approach which is acceptable, but sometimes the excess of zeal and confidence towards the diners may not be appreciated.

The quality is unquestionable, very fresh and very well cooked fish, many good flavours, some might say a little expensive but instead everything is compensated by the great quality of the product, by how it is cooked and by the quality and friendliness of those who serve the tables. TOP TO TRY.

I went with some friends for Easter Monday, impeccable service, both very kind and professional guys. Exquisite food, from the starter to the dessert, everything was delicious. Excellent value for money, we will definitely be back!

Decent experience but the expectations were very different. Very small menu, for example a risotto was missing, discreet but "clever" mixed fried food with lots of potatoes inside. "Few but good" desserts, sufficient service, very narrow and spartan place. Last note: definitely exaggerated prices.

I had a great time! Amazing welcome, unquestionably high quality dishes, excellent and welcoming service. The owner's mustache is also interesting... Excellent choice of wines. I recommend booking. I will return as often as possible!!!

24/05/2024: This steak was Bomb!! I’m a big steak snob. I’ve been to Argentina and I’ve had the best fine dining can offer in the states. This ranked up there as some of the best I’ve ever had. €90 for the Tbone was a fair price. It was incredible. I’d highly recommend.
23/05/2024: Delicious food, exemplary service (especially Giuseppe, super attentive and friendly) If you happen to be in Florence, the innkeeper's tavern is what you are looking for.

La Borghetta

07/04/2024: We stayed at Villa la Borghetta for 2 days using the "romantic escape" package, staying in the Charme room... the first important thing for me since I have vision problems, is the low lights in the corridor to get to the room as well as in the room same .... only 2 lamps and a floor lamp ... as in the bathroom (without window)... Room furnished with little furniture where you can place things ... but the bed is comfortable and the room is quiet (thank you also to the neighbors)... As for the SPA which was a bit too small and cold...the only positive things were the treatments even if the massage lasted less than 30' (but unfortunately we didn't have a timer).. .. A particular positive note goes for dinner... we ate very well and were accompanied by the kindness of Mr. Claudio. The breakfast is not very rich... we expected much more especially not to find only one waitress who "poor thing" was left alone to manage everything especially on Saturday morning..... the service suffered... I believe that to aspire to 4 stars, the Management should review a few things...
05/04/2024: The staff are very welcoming and the service excellent. Unfortunately the small details of the room should sincerely be sorted out as it is considered luxury, I will be back very soon, but luckily I will definitely change the room...
