Very pretty square, in the center you can find the classic well (which is also called "Leoncino's Well"), characteristic of this square. It's surrounded by bars and restaurants, I'm sure it's very pretty at night too. The little lion placed above and the lily engraved in the stone immediately below it were made in 1529 to remember the definitive dominion of Florence over Pistoia. As someone born in Florence, I was happy to see them hahaha... Jokes aside, it's definitely worth a visit!

Piazza della Sala is located in the historic center of Pistoia and is the beating heart of the city. The connection point between Piazza del Duomo and the main historic streets of Pistoia is the place where the daily fruit and vegetable market is organized and is characterized by many clubs that enliven the city in the evening.

Storica piazza di Pistoia, merita sempre un passaggio durante una visita del centro città! Purtroppo molto affollato il weekend (specialmente la sera), ma se per alcuni può risultare uno svantaggio o una cosa spiacevole, per molti altri una piazza ricca di locali ed affollata può essere una piacevole occasione di socializzazione!

25/02/2024: We went with 8 people with a 9pm reservation and initially we were pleasantly surprised by the goodness of the steak, if only it wasn't for the fact that not even at midnight they practically kicked us out in a bad way! Telling us to hurry up and drink the bitters and get up! Incompetent staff! Next time serve the steak first if you're in such a hurry!
31/01/2024: all in all ok. not very competent service, beautiful location with a suggestive view, average dishes consistent with the price. the raw materials were good, just that little bit of extra creativity was missing.

30/03/2024: Strategic and very central location. It directly overlooks the spectacular spa which is unique in the world in terms of beauty, prestige and health. The staff is impeccable in their welcome, kind and highly professional in the sector, an ideal mix for spending a weekend in serenity and relaxation also because it is equipped with a super spa. Excellent cuisine for super refined and non-refined palates, with purely Mediterranean flavors and aromas. We will absolutely go back and highly recommend it.
28/03/2024: Beautiful gift for my birthday March 26th. Everything perfect, very kind staff. Montecatini Terme beautiful town. Highly recommend 😍
