La Cittadella drink&food In Padova

09/05/2024: Large venue, suitable for ceremonies, and immersed in the countryside. Slightly kitschy furnishings, noisy room. I attended a confirmation party. Average quality menu (one of my companions found a bug cooked together with the bigoli), slightly questionable wines ("prosecco" in a carafe, which technically cannot be called prosecco, practically a still white, low quality red). The service was a little too "homely" to be a formal lunch (staff in jeans and stained t-shirts). Without my knowledge (I discovered it when I left the restaurant), during service, the waiter spilled some sauce on the back of my jacket, hopefully without realizing it. As an agritourism it can be good, as a venue for ceremonies perhaps a little less.
