Beautiful place!!! The owner is very nice and helpful, you feel at home. Fantastic breakfast and very plentiful. Perfect rooms and cleaning. We will be back for sure

Beautiful and welcoming estate like their owners, helpful and kind, they welcomed us after a very long car problem on the motorway with all the support possible. Thank you again. Silent with swimming pool, beehives, horses, olive trees, deer.

The structure is immersed in the greenery and quiet of the Mugello hills. If you are looking for peace and tranquility you are in the right place. The rooms are small but very welcoming. The staff who manage the property are very helpful and attentive. The access road is partially unpaved and has numerous potholes, be careful. The price for the stay is very honest. The breakfast was good but not varied, let's say essential.

What a fantastic place to stay. A very nice house in a beautiful location that is fully equipped. Nice bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Spacious kitchen and living room. Nice swimming pool with a spacious meadow for sunbathing. Quiet area with a small village nearby where you can get the most important groceries (good bakery and butcher!). Then I almost forgot to mention the hostesses of the house. Nice ladies who are always there for you if something comes up.

07/03/2024: Let me start by saying that I haven't been there for a few years, the staff, although renewed, are always kind, professional and competent. I had a drink for 14.20 euros including the buffet, I would say in line with the times even if I had left them costing 8/9 euros, but here the fault is mine because, as mentioned above, I hadn't been there for a few years. The only discordant note is that, being on a Saturday evening and close to the August bank holiday, I didn't find a great quality choice at the buffet although it was quite well stocked. My three stars are due to this but I know they are worth more.
