Good pizzeria in the historic center of Conversano. The choice of pizzas is extremely wide. Pretty good pizza and very good quality of ingredients. The staff were very friendly and for a Saturday evening the waiting times were very short.

We ordered a plate of traditional pancakes with a slightly spicy tomato sauce and they were really delicious: super soft pancake dough accompanied by this exceptional sauce. Subsequently we ordered two pizzas: one with porcini mushrooms and sausage and the other raw. Very soft, light pizza dough with tasty, top quality ingredients. Highly recommended if you are from these areas.

Siamo stati sabato 30/12 in questa pizzeria. Impasto pizza molto digeribile, io avevo preso il classico. La mozzarella d bufala aveva un sapore unico, era davvero una bufala campana. Prezzi nella norma, unico neo locale un po’ troppo piccolo. Personale velocissimo nel servizio

26/03/2024: Nice and very clean place. Friendly and efficient staff. The pizza I must say is objectively very good, one of the few places that doesn't define itself as "gourmet" just because it puts more than 2 ingredients on the pizza. It's very worth it, we will definitely be back. We ordered the cacio e pepe chips, excellent, plus they brought us a small complimentary appetizer (I added the photo) as far as pizzas are concerned, I highly recommend the Lucanian one, really excellent, my girlfriend instead took the Norwegian one, I'm not a lover of pizza with salmon but it was still very good, excellent dough and quality ingredients. We don't drink so I don't know what to tell you about beers. Congratulations and see you next time😉
