Entering this restaurant, you are catapulted into an atmosphere of times gone by, like the taverns of the past. The warm and genuine family welcome makes the experience even more special. Typical Cilento dishes are prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients, which is why the menu varies based on availability on the day. The first courses are absolutely worth trying, with fresh pasta handmade by the expert skill of the owner's wife. Among the second courses, the "sfriuonzolo" is an authentic delight that will not disappoint your taste buds. You can perceive the love for the territory and the passion for cooking in every course, an absolute must for anyone visiting Cilento!

Exquisite food, local products and homemade pasta. We tasted the ravioli filled with buffalo ricotta, and the strangolapreti with courgettes, sausage and scamorza. Both delicious!! Also highly recommended is the house appetizer with local cured meats and cheeses, sweet and sour peppers (we also asked for the recipe), aubergine parmigiana, grilled courgettes and meatballs with sauce. The extremely friendly host, together with the cook and wife with golden hands. Stop in Trentinara to taste their specialties!

Excellent lunch and excellent hospitality in this restaurant where traditional dishes are found. We tasted the appetizer, the first courses with rigorously handmade pasta (the ravioli are spectacular!!), as second courses we chose the egg with bacon and crusco pepper and pork stew with potatoes and peppers. The desserts are also excellent. The atmosphere was really pleasant and I recommend it if you are in Trentinara.

Let me start by saying that for me the 5 stars are only given to excellence, to those who, in addition to food cooked in an extraordinary way, combine hospitality and well-being. Francesco and his wife are all of this, people who love what they do and have respect and care for food and customers, making you feel truly at home. We ate vegetable appetizers in various ways (including a lettuce wrap and top fornaggio). From first ravioli with mushrooms, lagane with sausage to sfriuonzo and fried egg up to sweet pizza, each dish cooked in an excellent manner accompanied by Francesco's explanations. We went to this wonderful place this evening for Valentine's Day. The village had already amazed and excited us but the choice to stop at the winery was the icing on the cake. It's a magical place, Mr. Francesco welcomed us as one would welcome a dear friend. Everything perfect, like being at home. Mr. Francesco let us taste their 0 km appetizer prepared with passion by his wife, a divine homemade ravioli with buffalo ricotta, sausage and mushrooms. What really left me speechless was the egg from his 15 hens cooked in a pan with provola cheese, a truly unique flavour. The bread, the wine, everything top marks. Our evening ended on the sofa with a glass of apple liqueur in front of the fireplace that Francesco lit for us. We felt so at home that we didn't want to leave. We will be back Francesco!
