Local underwear with a markedly mountain feel and a gourmet touch. The elegance of the room offers an excellent welcome, unfortunately slightly tarnished by small smudges on the cleaning of placemats and glasses. Engaging and elaborate but not very versatile menu; interesting proposals but with flavors that are not always well balanced. Adequate service but not always satisfying in terms of friendliness and punctuality. Not a low bill but not excessively disproportionate to the venue's target. However, the meal was quite pleasant: the potential of the structure and its setting are excellent; could excel with a slight additional dose of love on the various fronts listed. Worth trying again but not in the short term, too bad

I don't know the name of the waiter... but he is that "robust" gentleman... his manner is not very polite towards his colleagues, he feels like a professional but he isn't one at all... we asked him twice for the cutlery... between scope and the other
Expectations a little disappointed... and then 45 minutes between starter and first course!

Il ristorante è molto carino, si presenta elegante pur mantenendo lo stile montanaro. Abbiamo mangiato bene, buono il servizio, piatti curati, prezzi medio alti. Le mie aspettative erano più alte o diverse, in tutti i casi buona esperienza.

Everything was excellent, a warm environment with private rooms that make you feel at home, the service from Ruben and Davide was very professional, everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, all accompanied by high quality food, I conclude with the friendliness of the managers Gianluca and Letizia, definitely worth seeing again

Super recommended restaurant for the food, the staff and the price, we had lunch on the Epiphany day, we left full and super satisfied. I recommend it for anyone who stops or stays in San Martino.
