Excellent choice, low turnout at lunch, in fact we had a very good time because in one room there were 5 of us and in the other there was only one person. Delicious food, freshly baked hot bread. Helpful, kind and smiling staff. In fact they helped us inflate a car tire with the compressor, because as it was Sunday, we wouldn't have found any help. Quick, discreet service. Large, welcoming environment. Clean and fragrant bathrooms. I warmly recommend it, because we felt pampered and welcomed with skill. Reservation recommended especially for the evening.

We went to the Canadese on a Saturday evening, the place was full, but, having booked, we sat down without waiting. After ordering, we were brought a mix of fried foods that we had requested to while away the wait within a few minutes. In less than half an hour we received both the grilled meat and the pizzas so we could all eat together, the coordination between the staff at the grill and the wood oven was excellent. Instead of bread, a delicious white focaccia freshly baked by the pizza chef is offered to the tables. Excellent dishes that satisfied us in terms of quality and quantity. Service always attentive and fast. More than satisfactory account. Congratulations and see you next time.

Questa volta a malincuore niente pizza, solo carne. In assoluto la migliore a Fondi per distacco!

Très bonne pizzeria a Fondi! Pâtre fine et légère, une pizza qui ne reste pas sur l'estomac ! On a attendu un peu mais c'est normal car il y avait beaucoup de monde (signe que c'est bon et que le restaurant était quasi plein). A refaire ! Bravo !
