The restaurant allows you to appreciate Piedmontese specialties and the panorama of the Asti hills. Excellent dishes, fast, kind and friendly staff, minimal environment, where the dishes do the talking.

Di passaggio ci affidiamo a the fork per la prenotazione I plin burro e salvia sono semplici e genuini come i formaggi 7 assaggi di ottimi prodotti locali Il tortino di nocciole con lo zabaione chiude un pranzo familiare semplice e veloce Il coperto a tre euro è un po fuori luogo,anche se c'è un buon tovagliato L'accoglienza e il servizio sono molto cordiali Scontato 20% un conto da 34 euro a testa innaffiato da una barbera sfusa buona

Big Christmas lunch today. Simply fabulous. Excellent food and very kind and professional staff. Affordable prices. For me underrated compared to the goodness and quality of the food. Super recommended. We will definitely return, perhaps in time to have lunch on the wonderful terrace. Thanks again 🎄

Vista stupenda sulle vallate astigiane. La cucina piemontese è ottima come la materia prima. Peccato le porzioni un po' ridotte e la spesa finale un po' alta.

22/02/2024: The restaurant: sublime 2 stars, fine and authentic cuisine, what a farandole of appetizers! Beauty of agnolotti, pigeon, risotto, accompanied by absolutely impeccable service. Incredible sommelier, who speaks admirably about the region's wines, and insisted on changing a bottle that he did not consider up to his reputation. A cozy atmosphere far from the world... The hotel, on the other hand, is a major disappointment. Monk's rooms for an old convent I like, but the paint could do with freshening up, and the spaces are poorly soundproofed. The common areas lack warmth: unlit fireplace, no flowers, no music... It's a real shame to make a place with so much potential so ordinary. The service is cordial but above all business-like, with the exception of the bartender who was very pleasant. Spa: crowded and noisy, even by reservation. Not enough deckchairs, not enough glasses... Ridiculous.
23/11/2023: "Against the wear and tear of modern life" said an advertisement years ago It's just like that here, pampered from start to finish. An amazing view from this XVI monastery TOP spa with associated relaxing massages. What to say about the restaurant with 2 Michelin stars "everything else is boredom" as Califano would sing. Balance of tastes without being too strong or intrusive. A dish above all Risotto with prawns and bisque a delicacy If anyone was looking for a "Heaven on Earth" I think you would find it here! You are still sitting there!!!

Spinerola Restaurant

02/04/2024: We stayed one night in this farmhouse hotel. Clean, spacious and well furnished rooms. Dominant position where you can enjoy a beautiful view, excellent for those looking for a bit of tranquility. The farmhouse also offers a restaurant where you can eat very well. The owners are very kind as are the staff. We felt at ease. Recommended 👍
25/11/2023: This is a very special restaurant. The food we were served was exquisite - beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. We had the Penelope wine (their own wine) to go with it, and the whole experience was perfect. Discreet service in a beautifully appointed, calm dining-room, with proper white damask table cloths and delicious grissini. The tables are set a good distance apart from one another so that you don't feel overheard or crowded, and the courses arrived at a perfect pace. After dinner, we went to the bar for a grappa, and sat on a comfortable sofa in front of which was a low glass table in whose centre burned a mass of candles in holders of differing heights, creating a beautiful atmosphere of the utmost comfort and joy. This meal was one of the highlights of our stay. And how marvellous to be able, afterwards, to just stagger up the stairs to bed, rather than get into the car and drive!! Can't beat that.
