Good experience. The place is a little out of the way but the pizza was excellent and the pizzoccheri I tried were excellent. The service is good and fast, in short, to be recommended.

Super thin pizza with selected ingredients. I recommend the pizza with raw ham and burrata! Great!

Very good pizza and dishes, excellent value for money especially considering the area.....also worth trying is the top bombardino Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff.

This is our third time in Ponte de Legno and the second one in this pizzeria. Outstanding pizza and wine! We had a caprichosa and a buffala special pizza. For wine, we had a small bottle of the red franciacorta, all excellent quality and very well priced. The staff is friendly and helpful. Would come back any time!

05/01/2024: We had dinner at "Carlo in Fornace" with an à la carte menu on New Year's Eve, generous portions and the quality of all dishes tasted very good. We thought it was a great idea to have an à la carte menu on New Year's Eve, with the possibility of even tasting excellent farinata, focaccia and pizza, then tagliolini, shin, etc., the wine was also excellent, all at an honest price ! On New Year's Eve... in many other places this is almost impossible! We finally found a restaurant where the owner offers a very good level of service and does not take advantage of his customers! The professionalism and availability of the staff and chef were very welcome!
18/11/2023: Cibo strepitoso, servizio cortese e attento, locale caldo e accogliente. È sempre un piacere tornare da Carlo in Fornace
