One of the best fine dinning experience I had in Florence. I came in without a reservation and they were able to find me a table. That night I chose the tasting menu "Land" with wine pairing. It was a great experience they really did pair everything meticulously well. The service was superb as well!

The place is very nice and clean, right in the center of Florence in the secondary alleys, this rather refined restaurant stands out for its decor. The staff is very kind and friendly and the dishes offered on the menu are many and varied. At the center of everything is the "Konnubio" between flavors which, combined with cooking techniques, make each dish something special and intriguing. The homemade bread and the welcome entrées are truly excellent as well as everything else. Experience to try

A vegetarian menu is available, as well as a vegan version. Unfortunately, they don't have mocktails to offer, and no non-alcoholic drink pairings with the menu. Wine pairing can be found on the menu.

The name already says it all. Konnubio is a union. Between flavors and textures. The restaurant is intimate and well-kept and the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff make the atmosphere pleasantly welcoming with attentive and fresh service. In the dishes, tradition meets new flavours, deliciously combined to satisfy not only the palate. Advised!!

This is a nice place that we had our last dinner before heading back from Xmas & new year holiday. Ambience & service is perfect, all dishes we ordered are delicious, creme brûlée frois gra and Sicilian arancini in creative way is very interesting; rabbit roll and home made pasta are also tasty, we had also desserts, so nice and great presented. If you stay in Florence for a few days and start to feeling besides Tuscany typical cuisine, you may wanna try something different (and with smaller portion VS traditional ones of course), this could be your choice.

Ristorante molto conosciuto a Firenze, pochi passi dal duomo. Ambiente particolare, ricavato nell'ingresso di un palazzo storico. Cucina abbastanza raffinata, carta dei vini molto estesa, ristorante di livello. Si mangia bene, il prezzo non è da trattoria ma merita.

18/05/2024: My family and I stayed in Florence for a month, & we visited Baroncini almost every day, sometimes twice a day! The gelato is the best in Florence, & in the morning, you can have a quick pastry and coffee before a day of sightseeing. Marco and his staff create such a warm and welcoming environment, it’s hard not to come back! They were so friendly with my small kids, always giving them free toys and treats. We’re going to miss the food but mostly the people here when we leave!
