Excellent refined and elegant restaurant, the typical traditional Japanese dishes are delicious, the service is excellent and professional, the bathrooms are fragrant and clean. Excellent price quality.

Pretty good but not wao effect! Considering the average cost I would have expected something different, which is why I give 2 stars instead of 3. The quality and quantity of fish must be appropriate for the price. The temperature of the rather cold room made dinner even less pleasant.

High quality raw materials and preparation of dishes. Definitely good sushi, uramaki, etc. but the yaki udon plated with octopus and shrimp are on another level. Top! The place is deliberately dark to highlight the intimacy of the tables and dishes. The only critical observation I allow myself is the quality of the chopsticks. In a restaurant like this, I would expect a lot more than disposable bamboo

Glamorous and elegant place We didn't know. We went for a birthday party 🎂 🎂 🎂 Perhaps a single observation is to pay more attention ⚠️ ⚠️ to the wardrobe, a coat was missing, it should perhaps be managed with numbers or in some other way.

Tutto fantastico, una esperienza magnifica. Location bellissima e raffinata. Il personale gentilissimo e professionale. Solo ora capisco che quello che ho mangiato finora non si può considerare sushi.

18/02/2024: Excellent Japanese cuisine restaurant in Bitonto! I went to this restaurant the last time I was home around September 2023, a really nice place, small and welcoming, wide choice of dishes and wines. We shared several dishes, the highlight is really the rolls, good and tasty, with particular flavours. Without exaggerating with the food we spent 150 for 4 people, certainly a lot but when it comes to eating mostly raw fish it is better to be on the safe side and spend a little more, I will definitely go back!
