IYO Omakase In Milano

Amazing Omakase. High quality ingredients and great presentation. On top of that, the chef was very friendly and made sure we had an amazing evening. Will return for sure.

Esperienza bellissima. Prenotazione alle 9.30 e degustazione finita oltre mezzanotte. Piatti molto belli, molto buoni e materie prima super. Bellissimo guardare le preparazioni dei piatti. Il prezzo non è bassissimo ma, tenuto conto del livello molto alto, ci sta tutto. Quindi per me 5 stelle.

Great food, great chefs, great service. Tuna was out of this world. Some sushi dishes were even better than what I had in Japan.

Beautiful Japanese cuisine experience. We enjoyed the dinner prepared by the chefs right in front of us. Strong and at the same time delicate flavours. Attentive and kind service. The chef explained each course prepared to us and at the end of the tasting he offered us a varied selection of Japanese spirits. Bravi

Incredible experience all throughout the evening, the service is top notch and the food is superb. The sake tasting at the end is the cherry on the cake. I can’t find any negatives, super recommended and worth the price.

I lived in Asia for 16 years. Went to a lot of top places there and this one is right up there with the best of them. Very authentic and quality. Ever so slightly adventurous and creative but not over the top as to ruin the food and the chef has the right palate to get it right.

Un'esperienza indimenticabile! Sembra di essere immersi in un modo a parte nel pieno del Giappone e con un vero Mestro Chef che ti spiega quello che stai mangiando e hai anche la possibilità di vederlo all'opera mentre ti prepara il mangiare e i piatti davanti ai tuoi occhi. Bravo anche il sous chef a seguire il maestro e a dargli una grandissima mano. Unico e indimenticabile. Grazie per l'esperienza vissuta.

Sono stato ieri sera a cena e non c'è molto da aggiungere; piatti squisiti e preparati davanti a noi come per magia. Inoltre, c'è la possibilità di degustare il sake, presentato in modo impeccabile dal sommelier. Tuttavia, un punto negativo sono state le divise dei camerieri, con tagli sproporzionati rispetto alla cura del dettaglio che richiedono certi posti. Sicuramente un'esperienza da provare, sarei pronto a tornarci, anche se mi chiedo se il menu venga cambiato periodicamente.

IYO Omakase è un ristorante giapponese tradizionale basato sulla degustazione dell'Edomae sushi. Partendo dall'atmosfera e l'ambiente che non ha uguali a Milano, passo alla qualità altissima delle preparazioni. Qui il livello è di prim'ordine, farete un'esperienza indimenticabile. Prezzi alti e in linea con quanto offerto. Cookingwiththehamster

Unique experience - excellent all around, excellent. Maybe was expecting a wow factor from the food on top of the excellent.. Only sore point: You have to rely on other guest's punctuality though... And in Milan clearly not a guarantee... Other guests were 15 and 30 minute late
