Excellent restaurant, recommended by a local. Very kind and helpful owner, fast and impeccable service. Menu with simple but always appreciated dishes. Small, welcoming place, with space between the tables set with very white tablecloths. I had Ascolane olives for the appetizer, first courses, the inevitable amatriciana, the gricia with mezze sleeves, and a dessert that amazed me, Catalan cream to make an encore. But the biggest surprise was the really cheap bill.

The dishes are plentiful and good. Traditional products in a comfortable environment. Excellent wine. Excellent value for money. Really recommended.

Intimate and welcoming environment. The service is kind and fast. There isn't a great variety of choice but the dishes are very good, plentiful and the price is within reach. I recommend the grilled lamb and the baked suckling pig as a second course. The first ones are also excellent.

Paglia Pizza e Fichi

18/02/2024: Sono stato a cena con mia figlia. Il locale è molto ben arredato con quadri d'arte contemporanea. Il cameriere ci ha consigliato una pizza fritta metà con prosciutto e fichi, l'altra metà con mozzarella e pomodoro. Oltre alle classiche pizze rotonde, c'è la pizza quadrata consigliata per due persone. È possibile scegliere due gusti, abbiamo preso la saltimbocca ripiena e l'altra metà con crema di zucca, gorgonzola, radicchio e noci. Impasto fragrante e farcitura ottima. I prezzi sono superiori alla media, ma sulla qualità degli ingredienti nulla da eccepire.
30/12/2023: Una cena da Paglià è un'esperienza culinaria, un viaggio tra impasti diversi e abbinamenti creativi e innovativi dei condimenti. Quello che consiglio di fare è ordinare più pizze e condividerle con gli altri commensali in modo da assaggiare più tipologie possibile. Il personale è molto cordiale e sa consigliare il cliente mentre il è prezzo giusto. Super Consigliato soprattutto se amate la pizza gourmet.
