Voglio parlarvi della mia esperienza culinaria fatta al ritrovo. Appena entri in questo grande ristorante, situato in un piccolo paesino montano vicino Latina, vieni accolta dal sorriso della sua padrona di casa Annamaria, che ti accoglie e ti coccola in tutto il percorso della cena. Ero già andata in questo andata in questo ristorante per degustare il suo menù di carne, davvero ottimo, ma venerdì ho deciso di farmi accompagnare da Annamaria in un viaggio culinario a base di pesce. Della miriade di antipasti crudi e cotti ho subito avvertito la freschezza e la qualità del pesce proposto, unito ad un’esplosione di gusto, che ha accarezzato il mio palato. Ogni piatto descritto con dovizia di particolari ha superato la descrizione ed ha raggiunto uno stato di estati di gusto dove ogni ingrediente era ben riconoscibile ma perfettamente in equilibrio con gli altri. Abbiamo terminato questo magnifico viaggio nel mare con la degustazione di 3 piatti dolci proposti dal ristorante che ci hanno fatto raggiungere un benessere gustativo che non provavo da tempo. Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante perché è un’esperienza da provare almeno una volta nella vita. Alla fine della cena ho voluto conoscere il cuoco, nonché marito di Annamaria, perché dovevo dare un volto a questo genio. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Lo consiglio vivamente

I want to tell you about my culinary experience at the meeting place. As soon as you enter this large restaurant, located in a small mountain village near Latina, you are greeted by the smile of its landlady Annamaria, who welcomes you and pampers you throughout the dinner journey. I had already gone to this restaurant to taste its really excellent meat menu, but on Friday I decided to let Annamaria accompany me on a culinary journey based on fish. From the myriad of raw and cooked appetizers I immediately noticed the freshness and quality of the fish offered, combined with an explosion of taste, which caressed my palate. Each dish described in great detail surpassed the description and reached a state of summers of taste where each ingredient was easily recognizable but perfectly balanced with the others. We ended this magnificent journey into the sea with the tasting of 3 sweet dishes offered by the restaurant which helped us achieve a taste sensation that I hadn't felt for a long time. I highly recommend this restaurant because it is an experience to try at least once in your life. At the end of the dinner I wanted to meet the chef, as well as Annamaria's husband, because I had to put a face to this genius. The value for money is excellent. I highly recommend it

Questo locale è veramente un posto in cui si può assaporare una buona cucina,che sia di mare o montagna !!! Luogo in cui ti senti a casa , con personale gentilissimo e disponibile; Annamaria sempre presente in sala,molto cordiale e disponibile inoltre sempre con il sorriso e un affetto indescrivibile per i suoi clienti ❤️ Consigliatissimo !!!
