Il posto di Ste In Trento

The place is not very big but nice. Atmosphere a little too refined for my tastes. Not really an environment for families with small children. However, excellent food and service. Prices from a city center restaurant.

Excellent first courses...the plins are exceptional!!! Too bad the portions are below the norm. Wine cellar with a wide choice but with prices well above average

We went yesterday to this beautiful restaurant in the center of Trento. Arrived late due to traffic and with 3 small children in tow (we were 9 people in total: 6 adults and 3 children, one of them 10 months old). We were welcomed with kindness and full availability. We were taken to a room just for us, in order to have a more "private" space. The place is cared for in every detail. Minimal but with a touch of particularity. Turquoise walls, low chandeliers with soft lights create a very warm and pleasant atmosphere. We made requests that were a little out of the standard to satisfy the tastes of the little ones which were promptly complied with. Owner and waiters with top kindness and courtesy; always present but never intrusive or pressing. Excellent food! We highly recommend a visit to Il Posto di Ste. A truly top notch lunch. Piatti gustosi, serviti velocemente e nelle giuste porzioni. Forse si potrebbe fare qualche piatto più tipico della regione ma naturalmente è il giudizio di chi come me viene da fuori. Ottimi salumi di antipasto, buona cacio e pepe e ravioli, il risotto era forse il piatto meno riuscito. Buoni i secondi di carne e carta dei vini in linea con la tipologia di ristorante (e’ una gradevole osteria di paese, ideale per un buon piatto del giorno).

Small but nice! We were served very nicely and the food (risotto and rigatoni) were excellent. Will be noted on our Italy list! 🙏🏻

I forgot to leave a review, but Ste's is great. Demetrio An old-fashioned innkeeper who knows how to make people feel at ease and try new flavours. Well done guys, come on

Osteria piccola e una grande cucina. Buoni gli gnocchi di zucca, buona la carbonara e buona il cacio e pepe. Antipasto offerto dall'osteria pane con olio una ciottolina d'olio evo siciliano con granelli di sale sempre siciliani. Non propone piatti del posto ma di tutt'italia, cucinati molto bene. Sublime il dolce "bonet piemontese", un budino di cacao con pan di Spagna di cacao, amaretti sbriciolati e un ciuffo di panna montata da accompagnamento. Personale gentilissimo e ti spiegano i piatti e la provenienza del vino che hai preso. Prezzi non economici ma la cucina li vale
