Il Portichetto In Bolzano

Needs improvement, but good, recommended

Pleasantly surprised by the place, the food and the service. Congratulations, all very well.

I went to eat at this place after a long time. I advise against coming here by car because there is little space in the neighborhood and parking spaces tend to be 0. The managers of have followed one after the other until today. The restaurant has undergone a renovation to give more light and the menu has also been streamlined considerably. I had a pizza and a beer (very good pizza) and the only flaw is that the bill was a little high in my opinion but I paid by card and that's it. A place where I would happily return. As for the cuisine, I experimented with it later and thanks to the chef Vincent I ate the best carbonara I could eat and it was an excellent dinner. The staff were friendly and kind (they often stopped by to reassure us that everything was fine) and limoncello was offered at the end.

I went on a Saturday evening and to Bolzano, it may seem strange, but apart from the central area there are very few restaurants open, but there is the Portichetto which, although it was almost an obligatory choice given the circumstances, turned out to be an excellent choice. The restaurant is welcoming, I ordered a carbonara with skepticism and I must say that it was perfect: spaghetti alla guitar with egg (large portion finished in 3 batches) creamy sauce (original recipe) and crispy bacon, I loved it 😊

Voor 20 euro hadden we een wijntje, een fles water, een pasta/pizza en een dessert om te delen. Mijn vriend had een pizza met asperges, gekke combinatie maar zeer lekker! Ik at een spaghetti carbonara, deze was ook lekker! Pizza is te verkrijgen vanaf 18u, de rest van de kaart vanaf 19u.
