Siamo arrivati ad Aggius all'ora di pranzo. Chiediamo consiglio ad alcune persone del posto che, gentilmente, ci accompagnano al ristorante. Locale molto carino e accogliente. Servizio molto professionale. Propongono sempre due menù, uno classico con pochi piatti fissi e uno "Aggiunte del Giorno" che cambia tutti i giorni. Abbiamo ordinato due antipasti, del maiale cotto a bassa temperatura (eccellente) e la lingua in salsa verde e due primi : i Chjusoni caserecci (pasta simile ai malloreddos tipica della cucina gallurese), con pancetta croccante, ricotta affumicata e pomodoro secco. Tutto molto buono. Qualità prezzo eccellente. Vale la pena anche visitare il borgo e i boschi vicini.

Locale molto carino con personale attento e cortese, qualità dei piatti ottima e porzioni abbondanti, conto molto più onesto rispetto ai ristoranti della costa, vale la pena anche per una visita al borgo e al museo etnografico locale.

12/05/2024: Excellent food excellent service just a small note on the wines there is no wine under 28 euros. I know well the price increases of the various wines because I have worked there. therefore it doesn't seem right to me that you don't have a bottle that costs around 20 euros .
01/05/2024: New management. Excellent welcome, very kind staff, clean and welcoming place! Excellent food, excellent quality and excellent fresh products! Excellent for those who love raw fish! First courses impeccable and well presented. More than excellent value for money!
