Excellent restaurant in the center of Genoa, a few steps from Via XX Settembre and the Carignano district. Nice environment with right spacing between tables; welcoming and professional service; excellent wine list; the menu is quite varied in a traditional cuisine revisited but which enhances the raw materials without causing confusion; excellent starters include creamed cod and fish carpaccio seasoned in an original but delicate way; the gnocchi in brie cream and pepper powder are good, as are the troccoli alla nerano, perhaps slightly savoury; good desserts, excellent panera; to come back to try the second courses that look appetizing. Pleasant experience!

Not all the dishes are at the same level, but the ones I had (braised candles and Galician octopus) were really good. By choosing carefully you can eat well. The wine list is a bit crowded on organic but it is possible to extricate it. The reds are at 'room' temperature which for half the year translates into 'definitely warm' but the coolers are large and effective. Overall, a nice dinner. The owner is a historic chef on the Genoese scene.

Che dire.....io adoro questo posto. Caldo, accogliente, diverso da tutti gli altri. Cibo innovativo e ottimo. eravamo 8 e abbiamo preso cose abbastanza differenti. Il mio baccalà mantecato e risotto acciughe e lamponi TOP Ottimo anche il resto, compresi appetizers (crostini burro e acciughe, panissa fritta, sardenaira) e london mule. Tutti soddisfatti, una tappa che non delude mai. Super

Serata di lavoro e ritorno dopo un anno. Cucina sublime con servizio cortese ed attento. Menù molto innovativo ma con materia prima di altissimo livello. Si conferma uno dei migliori ristoranti di Genova. Non a caso lo chef è un punto di riferimento della cucina ligure da tempo
