Simple but welcoming environment, always friendly staff, excellent quality meats and expert hands on the grill. The dishes, mainly inspired by the cuisine of the lower Maremma, are tasty while remaining easily digestible. The ravioli from the Marche region were very good (ravioli filled with sheep's milk ricotta and spinach, in an asparagus cream); the paccheri with white Chianina ragù were exquisite; the Angus steak with dried tomatoes and parmesan was tasty; The lamb with finger chops and the side dish of sautéed chicory were also very good. We ate very well!

It's now a regular stop every time I come to the area for work. *LOCATION* 4 Unfortunately the area offers nothing interesting or beautiful to see (except the prison a hundred meters away!). *LOCAL* 7 Certainly upon entering you will immediately notice the difference: the place is welcoming and well furnished. *SERVICE* 6+ Friendly but rather formal staff. *FOOD* 8 You eat very well and never in a banal way. Everything is good. But the meat cooked on the grill is superb. *COUNT* 6+ Prices a little high.

19/05/2024: I had lunch in this place for the first time and I have to compliment everything: the first courses and the side dishes are excellent, I will try the second courses. The coffee is also good. Excellent point, the external part is well shaded and having lunch outside is very pleasant, but above all you notice the kindness of the staff, all smiling and helpful. Well done, I will definitely be back.

03/04/2024: Our family recently enjoyed Gusto twice for lunch while visiting Rome. On both occasions the service was excellent and it was obvious all of the staff have a passion for their jobs. The food was excellent across the board from appetizers to main courses. Gusto will definitely always be on our list when visiting Rome!
