This restaurant is truly unique. You start by choosing the different types of meat. Then they cook them and bring them to your table with the selected side dishes. The tastes were lovely. And to finish with a digestive offered by the company was the icing on the cake.

My new favorite place! Excellent quality meat and really kind and friendly staff. Especially the blonde girl named Giulia. She took care of us with extreme empathy (not everyone's thing!) I will definitely be back

A truly welcoming place with large spaces. The quality of the meat is beyond question, I ate delicious chicken breast. I can't wait to go back with my friends!

We are on holiday and stopped to eat. Excellent food, friendly staff and very attentive to customer needs. They were able to advise us on the best combinations.

We go there on Sunday for lunch to enjoy the excellent meat. SUPER bowler hats in all versions. Cooked to perfection.
The staff is very friendly and the service led by Giulia is always attentive and doesn't make you wait.
Excellent cleaning
Next time I'll bring my in-laws.

Ristorante in zona Centrale con ampio bancone stile macelleria davanti l'ingresso.
Atmosfera piacevole e calorosa, ricorda le bracerie pugliesi. Menù piuttosto interessante con diversi tipi di tagli e diverse proposte nella sezioni antipasti.
Le bombette purtroppo erano molto simili tra loro nonostante le molteplici varietà in menù.. ma la costata davvero superlativa.
Conto leggermente alto, ma la carne é di buona qualità, il personale é molto professionale e si é in zona Centrale a Milano.. alla fine, per una serata tra amici può essere un'ottima soluzione!

Il locale (che fa parte di una catena) si apre sul bancone della carne, con tagli interessanti.
Essendo solo ho preferito evitare le costate con osso (troppo grandi) e ho optato per un diaframma di circa 4hg (la carne viene scelta al bancone dal cliente, pesata, prezzata e successivamente cucinata).
Cottura e gusto discreto (non risultava particolarmente morbida), patate novelle di contorno normali.
Una discreta soluzione in zona Centrale se volete mangiare la carne.
Servizio giovane.
Prezzi corretti.
