The cleanliness behind the counter leaves something to be desired, rain water rains from the ceiling which falls straight onto the slicer.....poor hygiene

30/03/2024: Unmissable stop in the center of Pisa: Ilaria's cappuccino is the best I've ever tried (the milk is a soft cream without air bubbles) and the desserts are at least as good as they are inviting: congratulations to this beautiful family of talents!
23/03/2024: Phenomenal cappuccino, over the top focaccias and fantastic staff. You can see that they put their heart into their work! Good guys!!

17/03/2024: Giannini pastry shop and café located in the center of Santa Croce sull'Arno ... the desserts are excellent. Both cakes and dry pastries.......and the staff very helpful and friendly
