I returned as a guest of this place again and I am extremely satisfied with the experience. From the moment of arrival, I was welcomed with kindness and professionalism, without any reference to what happened during my previous stay.
The treatment I received was exceptional and made me feel very welcome. The breakfast was perfect, with a wide choice of delicious, high quality food. Everything was well taken care of and impeccably presented.
I was impressed by the courtesy of the staff and their attention to detail. I was pleased to see that they took the feedback seriously [see Erika Faccini review from January 2024] and worked to ensure a better guest experience.
Ultimately, I was extremely satisfied with my stay and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for high-quality hospitality and impeccable treatment. I will definitely return in the future.

It was wonderful to stay in this resort immersed in the Maremma countryside. Here the chaos of the city is unattainable, it is an ideal place to relax. Spa complete with everything, but it must be booked well in advance, or you risk not finding it free. Outdoor swimming pool for the summer. Excellent Italian and American breakfast with 0 km products, entirely self-produced.

Truly particular, refined and tasty cuisine. Apartment furnished with essential taste. Very well maintained spa. Parking far from the accommodation facility. Green everywhere, well-kept garden. Well-kept chicken coop set aside near the botanical garden. It can be visited. Fresh eggs in the morning for breakfast. Everything really excellent.

Sono dispiaciutissima per questa recensione ma è doverosa visto il conto che viene presentato da questi signori.
Sabato sera ero ospite del resort...bellissimo, pulito e ben arredato...abbiamo deciso di cenare nel ristorante interno...il #gallinaccio appunto.
In sala c'erano diverse persone forse più di quelle che il titolare aspettava...tant'è che mancava il pane.
Ci hanno portato 3 piccole fette.
Abbiamo ordinato 3 portate....arista...freddissima immangiabile...accompagnata da una salsa che stonava con il gusto,in realtà gli abbinamenti sono un po'azzardati e molto salati.
Secondo piatto....ho preso una "guancia.....che dovrebbe essere ben cotta invece era rossa all'interno e scongelata...si sentiva benissimo.
Stessa cosa per il peposo.

Una bottiglia di vino da 25 euro.....totale Euro 160.
Anche tutti gli altri ospiti hanno speso cifre assurde per una cena di questo livello.
Ma l'ultima cosa che veramente non tollero è il video che ci hanno fatto senza chiedere permesso riprendendoci in faccia....che ho per caso visualizzato sui social.
Non si fa ragazzi!!!
La privacy va sempre tutelata perché ognuno di noi possa fare una cena con chi vuole.

Il locale è immerso fra la campagna della Maremma. Un paesaggio indimenticabile da 10 e lode. Molto curati i tavoli che sono condivisi con la Sala della colazione dell’hotel.
Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. Molta attenzione ai clienti.
I piatti non manifestano una grande scelta. Buona l’opportunità per i bambini di avere un menu dedicato. I piatti che abbiamo provato erano tutti molto buoni.
Il conto diciamo che è in linea col locale. Personalmente, per ragioni indipendenti dal locale, non abbiamo passato una buona serata. Tuttavia c’è rimasta la sensazione che manchi ancora qualcosa per l’eccellenza!

Che dire!!!
Posto spettacolare, accogliente e super raffinato.
Viaggio tanto per lavoro e visito tanti posti, ragion per cui posso confermare un posto veramente degno di nota.
Un plauso importante al personale molto gentile e cordiale , soprattutto alla gentilissima Debora, veramente gentile .
