Incredible view (the photo proves it) and the prime rib cooked over a wood fire is worth the detour and adorable staff! Go there with your eyes closed, the setting is magnificent.

The restaurant looks great, a spectacular view of the sea and a welcoming atmosphere.
The menu is of quality and all the dishes we tried were excellent.
We started with a really fantastic crudite appetizer.
The gnocchi with squid ink were tasty, while the mixed fried food was light and delicious.
The only flaw was perhaps in the quantity of the starter, where oysters, blue prawns and scampi were single, while we were in pairs.
A separate note for the service offered by the waiter Rusty, who made our evening even more pleasant thanks to his competence, kindness and friendliness.

My partner and I stumbled upon this hidden gem during our Italian getaway, and it turned out to be one of the best dinner experiences we've had in Italy! From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The service was impeccable, attentive without being intrusive.
For starters, we indulged in the grilled octopus, which was tender and perfectly grilled, leaving us wanting more. For mains, we opted for the seabream pasta and the mixed grilled meats. The seabream pasta was a delightful symphony of textures, with al dente pasta complemented by crunchy nuts and flaky seabream. As for the mixed grill meats, each bite was a flavor explosion, with perfectly seasoned pork ribs, succulent beef steak, and flavorful sausages, all infused with that irresistible charcoal essence.
We rounded off our meal with the heavenly tiramisu, which left us craving for another serving. Although it's a bit of a trek from the bottom of Monterosso, it's totally worth it! If you're looking for an unforgettable dining experience in Italy, I highly recommend making the journey to this charming spot. Trust me, you won't regret it!

The restaurant has so much potential, with a great location and view. However, they are completely missing the mark. The waitstaff was not knowledgeable about the menu or the wine. The food is bland, unimaginative and poorly presented. It does not appear that they are utilizing the wonderful local foods surrounding them. It was a huge disappointment and I would not recommend.

Great restaurant above Monterosso. We were two people who started by sharing a plate of cheese and ham and then shared a tomahawk cut of meat. Got to pick it out myself. Grilled on the grill outside in the restaurant. Also got transport T/R Monterosso by the restaurant in a small Piaggio. Great evening!

The restaurant is located approximately 6km from Monterosso al mare on the mountain and benefits from an exceptional view which unfortunately we did not take advantage of because it was pouring down rain! The restaurant is very pretty inside and the staff are very friendly. I took a dish of different meats (pork, beef, sausage), because there must be at least 2 for the tamahowks or beef ribs (minimum between 1.2km and 1.5kg) and my wife wanted a fritto misti. The fritto misti was excellent however I found the beef a little tender! For dessert we had a tiramisu which we were very disappointed with, made with bread instead of biscuits, no taste of Amaretto, the worst we ate in Italy during our 10 day stay and we had some almost once a day!

Great food in an attractive atmosphere.
We were able to eat the starter outside. Then unfortunately it got too cold when the sun was gone (April).
Thanks to the attentive service, we were helped to “change.”
