The best watercress I've eaten in recent months, and I've eaten quite a few (my girlfriend and I are from Cesena and Ravenna). The piadina dough is excellent (tending towards thick, as I like it). Abundant filling, but not too much to destroy the watercress. Delicious ingredients, from herbs to sausage and pecorino. Drinks served at the table and excellent location (Cervia salt pans). Very small tip: a little lighting for those who want to hide away at the farthest tables in the evening wouldn't be bad.

A place to recommend to taste the famous “Piadina Romagnola” made by Simone. We had the chef's specialty...grilled eggplant, spicy local salami, fontina cheese...a real delight. With a draft beer from the bar next door, same owners. Simone is knowledgeable about the history of the Cervia Saltworks…And good advice on regional wines. Grazie ancora di heart Simone.

06/04/2024: The service and ambiance are good, the seafood is fresh, but the taste is very rustic, and some seafood that should be fully cooked still seems a little raw. It's not worth waiting almost an hour. My rating only concerns the dishes I tried.

20/10/2023: The best piadina in the area can only be found here. Really delicious!
