Pleasant place, cuisine and owners. It's not a given to still find people like this. Well done, excellent resistance in a flat world

We found this place by chance, thanks to social media and I must say that it met our expectations. The service is impeccable: the owners are super helpful and kind, they entertained us with a pleasant chat during meals, the waiters are very knowledgeable and quick, thanks in particular to Giorgia. The location is truly stunning,
Surrounded by greenery in a garden full of citrus plants. It is the ideal place for those who want to eat while relaxing in contact with nature. The prices are super affordable

I was invited here to celebrate the 50th birthday of a dear friend of mine.
They served us really special appetizers. A truly amazing pizza.
All genuine and fresh flavours.
Welcoming, friendly and pleasant staff.
And the place is very beautiful and well-kept.
I will happily return.

"Il Cavallino" é situato all'interno dell'Hotel Verdeborgo. I prodotti tipici della cucina romana sono all'ordine del giorno e di altissima qualità (oltre che essere abbondanti). Vengono utilizzati prodotti di stagione (quando vi ho soggiornato era il periodo della zucca e dei carciofi, buonissimi!).
Posto ideale anche per cerimonie ed eventi!
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
Un ringraziamento particolare ai proprietari, signori Mara, Giorgio e Giada.

Serata tra colleghi per gli auguri di fine anno .
Aperitivo serale fatto di squisitezze come focaccia con pecorino e fave , verdure fritte in pastella , mortadella … eccellente
Cena con gnocchi fatti in casa , ravioli cacio e pepe , porchetta con zucchine .
Ottima cucina tradizionale equilibrata tra sapori decisi ed aromi delicati
