We were pleasantly surprised by the experience at Carrettino! The sandwich was deliciously balanced, with a perfectly cooked burger that didn't overpower the taste. We appreciated the kind gesture of the discount coupon on the bill and the offer of bitters, an appreciated touch of courtesy. The only criticism concerns the wings appetizer, where the quantity-price ratio was not up to expectations, with only seven wings for €6, we expected a slightly larger portion. However, overall, it was a very pleasant experience that will definitely keep us coming back!

Today's evening I was craving rare red meat and therefore the choice could only fall on them, because the meat is of great quality and the Carlo V burger is phenomenal... better REAL. The menu offering and services are of great value. In fact, my partner chose the chicken meat and was also happy because the burgers are accompanied with chips that make you lick your fingers...

Beautiful place a stone's throw from Piazza Mazzini where you can enjoy delicious artisan buns with excellent fresh meat burgers. The very generous fried foods to share are also excellent, as is the meat tartare. The place is very nice and well furnished, clean and tidy. Il Carrettino è sempre una piacevole conferma. Qualità, cortesia, servizio rapido e cura nei dettagli fanno di questo posto, uno dei miei preferiti. Complimenti a tutto lo staff, in particolare a Luca, sempre attento e gentile.

Ho recentemente visitato "Il Carrettino" e devo dire che la qualità degli hamburger è davvero eccezionale. La carne era succulenta e ben cucinata, e la varietà di condimenti offriva un'esperienza gustativa davvero soddisfacente. Tuttavia, sono rimasto delusa dal fatto che oltre al coperto, è stato addebitato un costo aggiuntivo di 3 euro per servire l'hamburger su un piatto. Sebbene comprenda che ci siano costi operativi da coprire, ritengo che questo importo aggiuntivo potrebbe essere stato comunicato in modo più trasparente all'inizio o incluso nel prezzo del piatto. Nonostante questo inconveniente, il personale era cordiale e il servizio complessivo era efficiente. Spero che la gestione prenda in considerazione una maggiore chiarezza sui costi accessori, in modo che i clienti possano fare scelte più informate. In sintesi, se siete disposti a pagare qualche euro in più per un ottimo hamburger, "Il Carrettino" potrebbe essere il posto giusto per voi, ma tenete presente i costi aggiuntivi che potrebbero essere applicati.

Quando abbiamo voglia di hamburger, non possiamo che scegliere il Carrettino. Il migliore di Lecce, e non solo. Panini ottimi con carne di prima qualità, così come anche i fritti (le polpette di pulled pork fenomenali). Carina l'idea di mettere ogni tanto panini nuovi a edizione limitata. Servizio veloce, abbiamo aspettato pochissimo nonostante il locale fosse pieno. Prezzi onesti per la qualità del cibo. Ci rivedremo presto.
