Fourth ceremony celebrated in this restaurant and I must say that everything is always excellent, from the service guys to the dishes. Nr.1!

Excellent food, very good desserts too. Honest prices. Advised

The outside is very nice. I didn't eat there because they were fully booked but we will be back with a reservation

Very good cuisine and perfect service

Very nice place I booked for my birthday for 12 people. I chose the appetizer menu, main course of meat, double-cooked suckling pig, mixed grill with side dishes. The suckling pig is excellent with a side of cold roast potatoes. The mixed grill with a sausage, a rib and an inedible slice. Cold hard cooked definitely two hours before with a little salad. Nobody managed to eat it. Half an hour later and a tray of raw lamb was brought. On the other hand, I had asked for two vegetarian menus which were much appreciated. The sweet wine is good for being a too young Lambrusco with a strong sulphite flavour. A big disappointment, everything was too impersonal and aseptic.

Nice motorcycle place, booked for twelve people with menu. Good starter, good double-cooked suckling pig, mixed grill, inedible tough meat and raw lamb. Lambrusco wine from the estate too young. Good dessert.

My boyfriend and I came here in February 2024 to celebrate together, a beautiful place, starting from the beautiful entrance at night with all the lights to indicate the entrance, then passing through the suggestive internal environment given the warm soft lights, with bottles of wine in sight and candles lit next to them + fireplace with armchairs. Unfortunately the service was slow, and other people were served before us, even though it was obvious that we had arrived earlier as there weren't many people, furthermore we were also informed late about the missing dishes (which I'm specific given that we speak of a restaurant of a certain level). Having said that, everything was very good, the tartare was very particular, really good even if the portion was a little small, a very good starter. I got a slice and it was really good and cooked well, my boyfriend got the suckling pig and it was fabulous. Very positive overall experience, the service needs to be improved just a little, to be done again!

Il Caldaro è il locale che ci è piaciuto di più a “Perugia e dintorni”. La location è romantica, il cibo è ottimo ed il personale professionale. Siamo stati in giro per l Umbria per 8giorni ed abbiamo sempre mangiato molto bene… ma abbiamo deciso di tornare una seconda volta solo in questo delizioso locale; consigliatissimo.
