In the center of Arsoli, a town on the border between Lazio and Abruzzo. Managers attentive to quality and with a good choice in the cellar. They declare homemade pasta their strong point. In the end I was convinced and had the fettuccine with wild boar ragù. The fettuccine is good but above all the wild boar ragout is well done. The value for money is also good.

In questo piccolo paese, un piccolo locale, ed un titolare molto accogliente abbiamo consumato un gran buon pranzo. Ambiente piacevole, da antico locale, non ben riscaldato e tovagliato in tessuto non tessuto. Breve il menù con il solo antipasto il Calascione, gran tagliere con salame al tartufo-cipolla rossa- birra, ricotta, prosciutto, melanzane grigliate, formaggio ed altro. Specialità della casa, pasta fatta in casa, abbiamo apprezzato i Sagnozzi di castagne con radicchio e gorgonzola; il tutto acvompagnato da un buon vino dalla semplice lista di vini, bianchi e rossi, senza etchette importanti. Chiuso il pranzo con un tiramisù della casa, molto buono, come il conto.

From Rome we stopped for lunch. Initially wary, we immediately relaxed by tasting the food. I recommend fettuccine asparagus and bacon, truly excellent. Arrosticini 9/10 to absolutely try, I don't give 10 because the best must always come. All homemade, very small but welcoming place thanks also to the very kind service. I recommend booking. The dessert and the bill are yet to arrive, I don't expect bad surprises but consistency with the quality. I'll let you know 👋

Da ritorno da Rocca di Cambio "L'
Aquila" ci siamo fermati ad Arsoli piccolo centro con un magnifico castello 🏰. tramite le recensioni su the Fork abbiamo prenotato per il pranzo in un piccolo ristorante.Antipasto con salumi ,formaggi.,frittatine e altro tutti prodotti locali,per poi passare ai primi particolari essendo fatti in parte con farina di castagne.complimenti anche per la gentilezza dimostrata

We were passing through and stopped for lunch, the homemade pasta with chestnut flour, radicchio and bacon was really special, the hand-cut sheep's roasts were no different, all at a modest price and the owner was courteous and kind. Highly recommended for anyone in the area!
