Elegant bar located in a space within the Broletto complex in Novara. In addition to the normal bar service, it also offers a catering service aimed above all at satisfying the lunch break needs of office workers in the city centre. The service is definitely of quality with interesting and well presented dishes. I had ravioli stuffed with grouper and a Neapolitan pastiera which were very good. The dishes served to my colleagues were also decidedly beautiful to look at. Also interesting is the fact that in midday the prices of water and coffee are already included in the price of drinks.

very satisfied, prices absolutely normal, being in the city center, in a historic building, I expected a much higher price, instead I spent €3 for breakfast, €1.50 for brioche, €1.50 for coffee, quality very high, among the best brioches, they are filled on the spot. There are very poor quality bars that cost even more…
I recommend it as a place to have breakfast.
The only flaw is the presence of only one bathroom.

Excellence!!!
This is what I found when I came to eat at the Osteria Toscana Piccarello.
Delicious food at a more than fair price.
But the attention to the customer and the kindness of the staff are on another level.
Highly recommended!
Ps. I only ordered the hot heart cake, and they brought me: sorbet, vin Santo with cantucci, mandarin and peanuts🤩.

I give three stars to the food because I ate something during an aperitif... So I don't know and I can't say more about the cuisine. The service is fast and precise, the fantastic environment under the porticoes is a medieval court, a broletto, precisely the classic mabentation that makes all foreigners cry and marvel

Locale nel pieno centro storico di Novara. Accogliente e con personale gentile. Abbiamo gustato un antipasto con sfoglia di ricotta ed erbette in salsa di pomodoro. Infine tagliatelle fresche ai funghi porcini e zuppa di cavolfiore con formaggio. Locale adatto anche a vegetariani. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo.
