Incredible discovery! Fine and refined cuisine! The risotto is incredibly good and the octopus succulent! Go for it without hesitation! We will come back!

Found this spot by accident, the food was excellent, and amazingly presented. The host/owner knew every wine on the list, suggested some for the table based on what we had. Immaculate care taken to what food pairings go with which drinks and for allergens on the menu. Didn’t feel touristy at all, and was in a beautiful side alley with vines extending up the wall.

Refined and refined cuisine that takes inspiration from the Roman tradition. The Bacaro is located in one of the alleys of Rome not far from the Pantheon, in summer the tables outside are sheltered by a pleasant pergola. Ask chef Claudio for advice who will be able to guide you in discovering his creations such as the Maritozzo alla queue. Not to be missed

Locale nel pieno centro di Roma con tavoli al coperto e fuori. Personale molto preparato ed il servizio è stato veloce. Cibo ottimo, carta dei vini molto curata. Consiglio la carbonara al tartufo! Prenotazione consigliata!

Fantastic experience; I went there for Valentine's Day dinner with my girlfriend. The place is immersed in the center of Rome, in a very private street that allows you to have a quiet and secluded dinner/lunch away from honking horns and endless crowds passing by; Very attentive service from both the owner and the waitress, always ready and available for any need. Finally, the cuisine is amazing, from fish to more "ordinary" dishes cooked perfectly and with attention to detail in the plating. All in all, a fantastic evening; I will definitely go back!!! Compliments!!

Restaurante acogedor, el personal es muy amable. Tomamos pasta con trufa blanca ,que el cocinero recoge el mismo, y nos encantó.

06/04/2024: Expertly prepared quality pizza. Excellent ‘fresh’ organic ingredients. Spectacular cheeses. The sauce flavor is beautifully balanced. The dough is expertly prepared with excellent fermentation, wonderful cell structure & light interior sponginess. The buffala pizza was no less than amazing.

17/03/2024: Di nuovo al braciere in occasione compleanno di mio padre, proprietaria come sempre gentile e cortese come il ragazzo che ci ha servito il menù per l evento in argomento. Piatti tipici locali con pasta sempre fatta a mano. Carne tenera e ben cotta. Esperienza da ripetere senz'altro in occasione di nuova ricorrenza.
