Dining at I Sette Consoli was an enchanting experience, marked by the delicate and elegant presentation of each dish. The service was gentle and attentive, complementing the exceptional quality of the food. Although the cheese course left me slightly disappointed due to personal taste preferences, the overall culinary journey was outstanding.

I had dinner two evenings. Perfect cappelletti in pigeon broth. The risotto with partridge is also excellent. Wine list that rewards the territory but rather full-bodied. Discreet and professional service. Corrected the account. Two spans above the local average, still good.

Posto curato ed elegante, servizio molto professionale, primi e secondi buoni. Ma le cose che non dovete assolutamente perdervi sono le selezioni di salumi e formaggi veramente da dieci e lode, i migliori che abbia mai assaggiato tra tutta Umbria/Abruzzo/Marche davvero complimenti.

Recommended by a friend of mine in Rome, this was an excellent dining experience. Ambience, staff and above all food were nothing short of excellent. Class on stilts. Well worth the visit, also reasonably priced given the quality of the raw material and the attention to detail in the preparation and presentation, great way to have seen the old year out.

Una sicurezza quando si è in zona Orvieto. La selezione dei formaggi sempre al top. Bella anche la cantina, questa volta ci siamo addirittura spinti in Jura.

Cibo squisito partendo da ingredienti di ottima qualità. In ogni piatto si possono riconoscere i vari sapori pur se perfettamente amalgamati. Le carni tipo piccione e agnello sono uno dei piatti forti, ma ottimi sono anche i primi e i dolci.

06/04/2024: Amazing dining experience! Flavors that I won't easily forget. The only negative note was that I wasn't able to stay for several days. All homemade. Including a superior quality oil. The appetizers and ciriole that we tried in both versions were excellent. Highly recommended even if distant. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. GOOD

04/03/2024: Prima prova alla trattoria Kilometro Zero con un gruppo di amici, che tutto sommato è andata bene. Locale carino, personale cordiale e sempre attento, cibo buono e prezzi nella media. Tutto qui! Non posso dire di essere stato male, ma neanche di aver avuto ottime sensazioni. E' senz'altro un ristorante che consiglio, ma nel quale non ho trovato nulla di straordinario rispetto a tanti altri della zona, Buono, ma nella media .
