12/05/2024: During my visit to ROSSO POMODORO, I had the opportunity to enjoy one of the best pizzas in town. The quality of the ingredients and the cooking were excellent, which made the meal very enjoyable. However, the experience was overshadowed by a snag in service. Initially, I was served a different pizza than the one I ordered. I decided not to report it to avoid inconvenience, but when the waiter returned with the correct pizza, his comment about the error was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable ("don't you know how to recognize a devil?"). I believe that an improvement in the customer approach could make a big difference, making the overall experience equal to the quality of the food served. I hope that staff can receive adequate training to handle similar situations with more care and respect in the future. Despite this, the quality of the pizza deserves to be praised and I hope that future interactions can be equally satisfying. This review seeks to balance the quality of the food with the service experience, offering constructive feedback to the restaurant.
