A perfect dining experience. Friendly engaging staff, no pressure, just helpful. Delicious fritters, light & crispy. Clam pasta & Cacio e pepe were divine A good red & honestly will be hard to top this. Thank you!

Heavenly and delightful. Interesting new dishes as well as delicious tried and true classics. Definitely try the beef filet or the pork belly for a second course. Artichoke side was so tasty. Fantastic waitstaff were extra sweet and helpful.

I have been several times and it has never disappointed me: a stone's throw from the Colosseum, the environment is really welcoming and the staff are kind and professional. The food is excellent, the dishes are expertly made with top quality raw materials. You can choose between typical traditional dishes and innovative dishes created with great awareness and knowledge of the ingredients. The starters are all delicious, the fried food is dry and light, the ham and buffalo mozzarella are very fresh, the pork meatball is delicious. Living in Rome I have tasted many "cacio e pepe" also because it is one of my favorite first courses, but I have always found a flaw in other restaurants: too salty, not very creamy, too dry. Here, here I can say that you eat the best "cacio e pepe" ever. Super recommended!

The Clementini are a fixed stop for me when I pass through Rome. The specialty is traditional Roman first courses, I have tasted cacio e pepe several times, and this last time I tried a gricia, which was superb. The desserts are also excellent, especially my favourite, the "cioccoclementino", a warm chocolate cake. Average prices for Roman restaurants, fast, friendly and professional service.

05/04/2024: Definite recommendation! How can I describe the food other than awesome, delicious, tasty and good! Please definitely try the Bavarese al pistacchio with desert! The service is absolutely friendly and accommodating Deserves more than 5 stars!

13/05/2024: In the evening12nd May, I visited this place. The man employee who check customer's order was too rude. We ordered beef and asked "well done". He asked "well done? What well done. " I think if he doesn't know the meaning of "well done of beef meat", then I recommend he'd better quit his work. We ordered Vongole pasta, however, it was not what I have eaten for long time. Little neck clam replaced Venus clam, and there was scanty oils. I think the pasta was just like something; boiled the noodle and clam was just added.I could not feel any flavour with that. I told my colleagues that my wife had made better pasta at my home. Rome is a big city and I expect the service level of big city, as in other countries. However, that of the place was too low. I do not recommend this place as an appetizing reataurant in the Rome. I do not believe those reviews notified on internet sites.
11/05/2024: The food was OK, but not great. The place , the staff was 5/5! The price was very good. Regarding the food or was a bit typical "we have everything meny"... Do less but better ! :) Drink tough was GREAT! 😁🤌
