The structure is a bit old, need some renovation. But the atmosphere is really good. The staff is very friendly, nice🙂

Surrounded by greenery, very kind staff and, note of merit, super attentive to the needs of a customer with very serious lactose intolerance like me. If it had a more modern visual impact it would only have to gain from it, otherwise everything is excellent

They are really polite, they serve gluten free breakfast under request. Is a little bit far from the city, I recommend you go if you have a car.

It was a very friendly welcome and the staff was super helpful if we had any questions. Speak good English, only a few words of German. We were passing through, staying here for one night. We found the stay very nice and if you value a place to stay overnight and don't want to spend the whole day in the hotel, then this is a good option for a good price. The huge 4-story hotel has a quiet location, with clean and spacious rooms, TV facilities and ample on-site parking. The hotel is getting old, you can see it from the outside. But here the focus is on preserving the hotel rather than completely renewing it. Because that's not easy to implement in such a large hotel. The breakfast was sufficient and there was a selection.

Don’t let the outside appearance influence to much , the price is fair , reception service is friendly , inside the rooms are clean, everyday breakfast with enough options and location is accessible to reach Pisa, Florence in one hour by car and to do long walks in nature. Next to hotel is a restaurant with option for dinner 20euro/person 2 courses and desert .

Immersed in the tranquility and greenery of the Tuscan hills. Suitable for meetings or to spend a relaxing holiday away from the chaos of the city. Wonderful view of the lake with a medieval tower in front that stands out from the hill. Huge 4-storey hotel with ample availability of rooms and ample on-site parking. Clean and spacious rooms equipped with TV. Reception and bar staff very helpful and friendly. Delicious buffet breakfast, especially the cakes. Possibility of watching Sky sports/football in the bar room while enjoying a good beer. You can dine in an agreement with the adjacent restaurant, enjoying excellent typical products of the area

Quality and service, Barbarossa Restaurant at the Top. Interesting location

I dont use to be hard with person who host and give me a service but this time i was disappointed. I was by bike, it was night and i was exhausted, its located on a hill so it's hard at the ending day to go there. They definitively dont use to host bikers. There is no place to park the bike. They were kind because they proposed to park it on the reserv. Personal was propably tired because they were not very welcoming. It's 60 euros for a night. It's too expensive for me... Rooms sounds like so vintage rooms and beds are tough. It's not isolated against noise. The shower iron pipe was blocked on the shower wall and you couldnt remove it so you take your shower blocked on the wall you too😅. AND they didnt warn me that the restaurant were closed, and i felt lazy by bike to back in town. But i have to say that it was very clean, the included self served breakfast was good et personal on the morning very kind. I'm mixed feeling about this place.
