Excellent for lunch, wide choice of rich dishes

Welcoming and clean environment. Friendly staff. Normal waiting times. Quality and really good dishes. Price: 2 first courses (Gnocchi with carletti+burrata and Bigoli with meat sauce cut with a knife), 1 second course (Black Angus diaphragm) with potatoes, 2 bottles of water and a coffee we spent €64.

We stayed at Hostería Moderna, located not very far from the city center, and had an overall pleasant experience. We started with an appetizer of octopus tentacle served on a base of cannellini cream, which delighted us with a perfect harmony of flavors. Next, we tried the spaghettoni alla matriciana, another dish that we loved. However, we were not fully satisfied with the Black Angus picanha. In our imagination, we expected a very tender meat and with a good band of fat, but even though we only ordered one of the two dishes and at a medium point, the meat seemed rather ordinary in flavor. Also, the baked potatoes seemed to have too pronounced a refrigeration flavor. However, we want to highlight the attention to the customer, which was highly appreciated, Vinod and Nicol, the guys who served us, were very attentive and prepared in their work. We thank you and will definitely return to try other dishes.

Special burgers and spectacular desserts. Next time I'll taste the cuisine but seeing the dishes they must be spectacular. Highly recommended, excellent service.

The best club sandwich I've ever eaten so far: non-greasy focaccia bread, tasty and well-balanced filling. One of the two waitresses who served me was very good, discreet and kind; I felt the second was a little too "present". Beer not welcome, nice place. Advised.

Bella location, una cucina capace di unire tradizione e modernità e che si esprime partendo sempre da un’accurata selezione delle materie prime. Personale cortese ed efficiente.

Buoni gli hamburger, un po' meno i piatti alla carta, tipo tartare e pasta e fagioli. Cmq il posto carino, vicino al centro in zona università e gli hamburger valgono la pena di un giretto!
