Highly recommended for hospitality, quality and waiting times (on Easter Monday): we appreciated the excellent appetizers, the garganelli with asparagus and the bigoli with duck ragout, finishing with a delicious coffee; only the services are a little dated.

Locale dentro le mura, vicino ad una delle porte della città. Locale antico, caratteristico. Buona la accoglienza, bel menù. Antipasto della casa onesto e di qualità. Ottimo cabernet. Garganelli della casa con verdure e prosciutto crudo. Dolce capolavoro, sfogliatina con torrone, crema e cioccolato. Ve lo consiglio. Buoni i prezzi.

We went for a family dinner shortly after Christmas, whilst on a trip to Montagnana. We found a truly beautiful environment: a very comfortable place and a welcoming and familiar service. A true family-run Venetian tavern. Absolutely recommended.

21/05/2024: It should be noted that this restaurant is to be appreciated when it is not very crowded.....the food is good and freshly made without being overly seasoned, the portions are generous and for this reason you wait over 30 minutes if full I was there both on a normal Sunday and on an anniversary one and the differences are noticeable The staff is fluctuating (some very kind, some get agitated with too many people... eh amen!) Prices are more than adequate on average around €25/30 per head Very clean tablecloth and crockery Four and a half stars

06/04/2024: Very comfortable place, very nice and well furnished environment. Very friendly and helpful staff. The food is fabulous, original and well executed dishes. Great place
01/04/2024: Good meat but.. I tried the cut, I liked it but on the outside it was slightly burnt. The portion wasn't very generous... For dessert I tried the cheesecake, good but not exceptional. Impeccable service, the courtesy of the waiters does not allow for arguments. Overall I would give 3 stars, prices higher than average.
