Typical old-fashioned Milanese trattoria, complete with a table set with a checked tablecloth....the starters are decent, among which an extraordinary tripe stands out; the risotto with ossobuco and cheek was excellent, as was the bone-in cutlet whose slightly pink meat was soft as butter. The desserts are good, a special mention goes to the sbrisolona cake with apples. Experience to be repeated.

Piatti in tipica chiave Meneghina con attenzione agli ingredienti e alle tradizioni. Impossibile non assaggiare le orecchie di elefante (cotoletta), i risotti, l’ossobuco, la trippa e ovviamente la Cassoeula veramente tutti piatti di eccellente fattura eseguiti da uno Chef Meneghino che sa il fatto suo! Consiglio vivamente di prenotare e andarci!

Risotto spettacolare,porri e tomino,al dente al punto giusto ed ho apprezzato tantissimo il piatto caldo,io che adoro i cibi caldi è stata una piacevole sorpresa,personale gentilissimo ed attento alle esigenze del cliente,ottimo

Very typical Lombardy food. I found the feeling of my grandma’s kitchen. Good service, great presentation, good wine selection and amazing food. Good timing in preparation and serving. The risotto is a simple typical Milanese dish and this was prepared to perfection.

Babila's Bistrot & Bar

31/03/2024: I think this is a comfortable and affordable hostel! Breakfast is included for 4.9€, but I don't recommend it. There are no vegetables, and there are only two types of bread: croissants and white bread. The bread was dry and had a bad texture, to the point where I was worried about when it was made... The croissant was just delicious! There are lockers with keys, but I think they are too big to fit even a carry-on suitcase. Mine is in! Credit card information will be kept as a deposit. I'm afraid of information leaks. A cash deposit of 20€ is also acceptable. Up until now, hostels have only required a deposit of 0-5€, so I wondered why they would pay that much.
26/03/2024: Everything is perfect about this hostel. Duomo is 15 min walk, you can use the kitchen (with utensils) superstores nearby, transport is just 10 min walk and loads of places to around. On service- The reception and kitchen staff was friendly. There was a live music on weekends.
