Nice place with courteous and professional service and an interesting and perfectly executed range of dishes. Discovered by chance, I would say that when we return to the area we will gladly make a second visit!

Excellent value for money. Chef Mattia is really good and changes the menus very often. Excellent wines, especially from the cellars of Franciacorta and especially those from the Bonomi estate

Chef Mattia's new menu is simply exceptional, artichoke with pecorino cream and hazelnuts 10 cum laude, duck breast with honey... what can I say, it's worth the trip. Well done

Today, February 24th.
Having sat down, I savor the interiors of the Location....the scent of the faces, which you admire with your nose up!
Among many dishes I savored a sliced Canadian bison meat with baked potatoes.
Lean, tender meat rich in Omega 3.
With gusto, I savored, meat that melts in my mouth once introduced to my palate.
10 stars for the plating, compliments to the Chef.
Complete a dessert: Caramelized semifreddo with caramelized peanut aftertaste.

Restaurant used a few times as a "support" for lunch breaks.
The staff is very kind and friendly.
The place is very nice, not too big and distracting, very welcoming.
The chef prepares truly exquisite dishes, whatever he does, as the menu varies from time to time.
The appetizers they provide while you wait are delicious, including bread, taralli breadsticks, all truly delicious.
The food, as mentioned before, is really of excellent quality.
Quick in preparation and therefore you don't have to wait too long, especially if you go for a lunch break during work. Very competitive price, having the working lunch offer.
The final coffee is always accompanied by a small "gourmet", be it a biscuit or a sweet.
Highly recommended place.

The beautiful village of Palazzolo has another culinary surprise in store for us... perhaps it will be appropriate to eliminate the term "surprise" given that I understand that the food and wine offer here is truly remarkable, at least that's what our experience teaches us.
So here we are talking about this excellent lunch during our return from a short holiday. The location is very beautiful, a large historic building with truly impressive decorated ceilings. The service is fast, precise and very professional. The menu is very interesting and the proposals are both land and sea with some gems that I found simply stunning, for example a dish that I took as my "dessert": snails that were prepared with a Franciacorta sauce that I found it superlative.
I opened with an excellent risotto with asparagus and raw red prawns and then moved on to the lamb chops. All in all, a really great lunch.
The wine offering is very vast, from which we took a 2017 vintage Franciacorta Rosè from Castello Bonomi which I found divine when paired with snails!
