Very good pizza, really interesting menu, pleasant environment and service

Partiamo dagli aspetti positivi: L’accoglienza del personale è stata ottima, bellissima atmosfera e locale ben curato (bagno compreso) ! Abbimo chiesto delle piccole modifiche su un piatto e devo dire che il personale si è adoperato a trovarci una soluzione! Bravi! Quello che abbiamo mangiato ci ha lasciato sbalorditi, tartare e prosciutto crudo come antipasti eccezionali… il vitello uno spettacolo per il palato!! Ogni volta che vedevano il piatto del pane vuoto, veniva cambiato… Note negative Il caffè, per nulla buono e da un locale del genere mi aspetto un caffè di qualità! Il menu, che sicuramente per scelta aziendale è con poca scelta.. sicuramente meglio pochi piatti ma di qualità, ma personalmente preferirei avere qualche piatto in piu… Il vino in calice.. rispetto ad altri ristoranti di pari livello, c’era poca scelta sul vino, comunque di qualità.. Il costo della cena è medio alto, ma assolutamente accettabile vista la qualità.. Con qualche miglioria, questo locale potrebbe avere tranquillamente 5 stelle..

Unfortunately I find myself giving only three stars, because although it is written that there are vegan options, unfortunately I only found one and it needs to be changed. The seitan however had an incredible texture, which paired perfectly with the pea and mint cream. Although the quality was excellent, the portion was more suitable for an appetizer than a second course, I expected it to be slightly more generous.

Luckily they said we were veg otherwise we wouldn't have known that there was milk in the asparagus foam when it wasn't present among the allergens on the menu, if an intolerant person happened to happen I can't imagine the scene... The seitan is the best I have ever eaten, nothing to say, but the portion was an appetizer and I would have paid €8 for it, not €16. Super friendly waiter and very charming environment.

A pizzeria restaurant in a different environment than usual, excellent products

We ate at Herb on a Sunday for lunch. Distracted and inconsistent service (request for bread, water, wine list, cutlery for starters). Still friendly waiters. Correct dishes but starters below expectations compared to the price (subjective opinion).

Enchanting place close to the medieval walls of Cittadella... Lovely atmosphere... excellent food

Elegant place with a soft atmosphere, food as excellent as the service, the only note I would make is that there is little possibility for a lactose intolerant person. We will definitely be back.

My favorite restaurant in the historic center of Cittadella! Excellent quality food, elegant surroundings, even for a more intimate dinner as a couple! Very kind staff! Super recommended!

Sono stata positivamente colpita dal locale che si sviluppa su due piani proprio dentro le mura. Posticino intimo con luci soffuse ed arredo moderno con cucina a vista. Personale giovane e cordiale. Il cibo è ottimo e non pesante, servito su piatti moderni. Consigliato soprattutto d'estate ma non male anche d'inverno.
