The ice cream is good but it was nothing out of this world. I had read that it was the best ice cream parlor in Florence and for me it wasn't. The service was very good, they were friendly but the quality-price product is not worth it.

I'm sorry because it was one of my favorite ice cream shops, but unfortunately it's no longer "Ice cream like it used to be". Last time my mum and I didn't even finish our 2 cones (€9) because the waffles were so hard. Laughable portions at tourist prices.

Delicious gelato! They use natural flavors and colors for their gelato. A native of Rome told us that they are the chain to try. Avoid the gelaterias that show the big, rounded mounds of ice cream(instead of flat top or covered) and the bright colors. Grom covers their gelato and has muted (natural) colors. Buon apetito!

Parfums classiques mais de grande qualité, la glace marrons glacés est riche en morceaux idem pour la glace chocolat noisette ou tiramisu toutes excellentes . Par contre la vendeuse a été très très désagréable. Pourtant il n'y avait personne dans la boutique. Mais il semblerait que nous la derangions.

the server was so helpful and super sweet giving us tasters and explaining what the different things were the actual ice cream was so delicious and so was the crepe and the chocolate in the stracciatella was so good it is also open quite late and is in a pretty good location so we visited a couple of times over our trip

07/05/2024: Very nice place in the center where you can breathe an international atmosphere. They have a wide range of foods for vegans and celiacs. In general the dishes are presented well and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The environment is also very pleasant because in addition to tables where you can stop and study after eating, there is an outdoor space in an internal courtyard. The cost is not low but is proportionate to the area and the type of offer

24/03/2024: Excellent place, good food and wine, the service given the type and location of the place causes queues and "traffic jams" also because it is always crowded! There must be a reason!
