GROM had to be my favorite place to get gelato while in rome because it tasted so good and there were a few locations where we found them nearby us while we were exploring through the city. my favorite combination was the "salted caramel" and "coffee" on a cone which if you are doubting either flavor, i highly recommend that you try them both especially together. the staff were generally nice even though i didn't speak italian and they did not speak english so we just met in the middle with our broken conversation when it came to the ordering process.

Very good ice creams despite being a little expensive, the cone was dry and very unappetizing, on the other hand the really excellent ice cream we recommend in a jar

For the first time we eat ice cream in this ice cream shop and I think it was really tasty. The taste of their grom cream ice cream shop was really good

We visited here late at night for a quick gelato stop, they keep all their gelato in the silver round tins so we assumed it would be top tier as everyone says, it was MEH. Nothing special, we have had worse gelato but definitely had much better in Rome.
Be aware, it is a chain.. nothing wrong with that but in case you want to know.
Gelato seemed a little overpriced, but hey, it was okay. We had the pistachio gelato of course.

Had my first proper gelato in Rome here and it did not disappoint. Service was welcoming and friendly (helped that they spoke English), the selection of gelato and sorbets looked magnificent and mouthwatering. I came in twice, and was able to try the tiramisu and lemon sorbet. The gelato was unlike anything I had ever tried before, sooo smooth and creamy, while the lemon sorbet was the perfect refreshing treat on a sunny day. Quite affordable too. Definitely pop by if you're in Rome

Ho provato il gelato di questa catena dolciaria a Porte di Roma. Ebbene, per il solo fatto che aveva come gusto Malaga, mi ha fatto ricredere circa la qualità di questa gelateria non artigianale. Prezzi un pò su.

veramente buono però rapporto qualità prezzo abbastanza scarso i prezzi ti fanno dire “oh porcaputtana niente più grlato” pochi gusti ma panna impeccabile (una volta ogni 7 anni si può fare)🐷☝🏻
