Good evening Last night I passed through Ostia by chance and stopped in this very nice place with the 96 hours of leavening sign. Well... let's see Wednesday 7pm evening, There is little choice on the counter Both pizza and supplì Very nice place, kind and friendly staff, shame that the pizza chef was without his uniform. would have added another fagot. Price seems right to me. After 10 minutes I felt a little heavy, the dough doesn't seem like it had 96 hours of leavening. If you notice a lot from the bubbles on the pizza it honestly seems like 24 hours.

Quando penso alla pala di pizza penso a grano 13, fragranza e leggerezza accompagnano ogni morso ad un esplosione di gusto.

Ottima la pizza super lievitata e gustosissimi la pizza ripiena alle verdure ed i supplì stile arancino a vari gusti. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Simple or more refined doughs, but all tasty and highly digestible. Quality raw materials, also a wide choice of vegan pizzas (and supplì). One of the rare pizzerias where quality comes first. Tried and tested, after years, it is always confirmed as EXCEPTIONAL

We always get it here. A delicious pizza with very light dough and tasty toppings. Even at home, the shovels are large and arrive hot and on time. Friendly, friendly and passionate staff. Highly recommended!

A good pizzeria with tasty and inexpensive pizza. Pizza by weight. There is a toilet inside where you can wash your hands. We work until late evening. I just really wanted to eat and didn’t know where to go. This pizzeria turned up. I recommend visiting.

11/05/2024: It is always with great pleasure to return to Rome... a city that I love.... and it is a pleasure to be able to review this little restaurant in the Porta Pia area... I only had a first course... the very classic traditional cacio e pepe Roman.... well I've never tasted such good cacio e pepe... it's useless you have to let those who know how to do things do it... and when it comes to cacio e pepe the Romans are masters. ....being their tradition. Small but welcoming and cozy location, very friendly and helpful staff and really low prices.....plus....last thing.....a place where you don't pay a cover charge is now rare. Sincere compliments... from a Tarantino born by chance in Rome and who always comes back to Rome very willingly.....
07/05/2024: An excellent traditional Italian restaurant. Many choices of dishes: from pasta to pizza, from meat to fish, from soups to salads and of course desserts. We tried a delicious four cheese pizza, a pasta dish with cream and cheese and a salad, all of excellent quality. Good quality-quantity-price ratio. Very friendly and helpful staff who make you feel at ease. Clean and tidy place, very pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend it
