Great food! Marvelous service! Tasting-Menu was amazing, every course a surprise and creative interpretation of classics or a new combination of ingredients. Terrace very nice, calm atmosphere.

Alessandro is a chef that is going places. We loved every bit of the tasting menu, the armony of the flavours and paring of wines. An amazing dinner! The mint sponge and pastiera was just phenomenal.

The food and wine pairing were exceptional. Particularly enjoyed the moscardini and the pork with chestnut purée. Would strongly recommend the tasting menu with the all Italian wine pairing.

Best culinary experience in Rome. First of all, the chef deserves a Michelin star (we only tried the kitchen downstairs which is supposed to be the bistrot in comparison of the gastronomic restaurant upstairs). As to the service, the choice of wines and the bar we were seriously very well welcomed ! Absolutely to try : eggs and truffle (Uovo 64°, Patate, Tartufo e Nocciole), desert (Zabaione Caldo con Tozzetti) with the coffee
