Geranio Food and Drink In Noto

Nothing like this has ever happened to us... The staff was quick and correct but without any words or at least a smile.... Ordering the fish, I asked for a side dish, the young lady's response: "Okay, there's a sauce nearby...." (?) At the exit they opened the door for us, we said thank you and said goodbye but no response!!!! Not a thank you, not a good evening... not even a goodbye..... Maybe because we didn't order a bottle of wine but only glasses...maybe because we split an appetizer in two?? Be that as it may: The atmosphere creates not only the interior and the style but above all the staff....the only person in the right place, in our opinion, is the chef! The older gentleman (the boss?) shouldn't be dealing with customers!

Pizza ? Something phenomenal! Leavening 72 hours, and every single ingredient is taken care of down to the smallest detail. Seeing is believing! Congratulations to Tony and all the staff! I will be back to try other dishes!

The best pizza and the best canollo we had in Sicily!! Also the pasta with ragù had an amazing taste! Very quick and kind staff. Totally recommended!

Three of us ate and despite the short notice and the large amount of people, the staff were quick and efficient in finding us a table. All perfect. Impeccable and fast service, you are never alone, even though there are multiple rooms the staff always comes by to see if you need anything with great attention. Delicious potatoes, the protagonist is the pizza... it has no rivals. The taste of a superlative pizza, soft and generous in toppings but without any post-meal heaviness, made with great skill. The price is lower than the average of pizzerias in the area, for a clearly superior quality. Compliments.

Passing through Noto for a few days, we decide to have dinner here, as the reviews show that they also prepare gluten-free pizzas. I would like to point out that celiacs are aware that gluten-free products have higher than average prices, but paying 4 euros more for a ready-made pizza base, and not even the best one, seems really disproportionate to me. Be seated at a table adjacent to the bathrooms, when there are seats available in the room.... There is certainly better in the area
